  It's not that this place of business is bad, the people are nice enough. It's just that Telstra, as an entire corporation are bloody useless. They can spell names correctly, or change the details that they misspelt, or send the correct bill, or cancel an account properly, or setup and account properly. They are the biggest waste of time, money and energy known to man. The fact that they are still allowed to conduct business is an affront to well run businesses. The service you receive is rubbish, the general staff from the call centres through to the service technicians are unhelpful, unreliable and unprofessional and my only piece of advice for anyone, is to never ever use Telstra. They are utter rubbish.

  First class service ! - staff are always professional and polite, also very knowledgeable about complex products and plans – I get great advice on what is the best for my company and it saves $$ - plus any difficulties are always resolved quickly and easily.
