    I live 1.5hr away from Wagga, and on 24/11 contacted the Wagga shop to see if I could purchase products that were advertised in a magazine; yet not available online due to no stock. When I rang I received excellent customer service from employee Teagan Waters. She went out of her way to find the items I was looking for and with it being a 50% sale day the shop was hectic. We went back and forth with photos of items using her mobile phone, until the order was correct. The items were packaged up and a friend collect them for me. Seriously it's really hard to find Customer Service Officers these days that will take the time. I really appreciated Teagan's outstanding efforts. If you have an employee of the month I would recommend her. Regards Repeat Customer!!
