  Usually had good experiences but recently dealt with a super rude person over the phone who accused us of not being home for the taxi to see when we were in plain site and then blatantly hung up when I stated we were home. All I wanted to do was make sure that the taxi was still coming and was confronted by rudeness and accusations. Very poor customer service.

  Had to call 3 times before a taxi actually showed up. This took over an hour when the first estimated time was 10 minutes. We were waiting out in 5 degree cold at 10 pm. We were told that the taxi's before had been waiting out the front of our house and left because we had taken too long meanwhile we were outside the whole time and no taxi had showed up at all. Highly rude phone staff blaming us. Can't provide a straight forward service and then treats customers poorly. Can't wait until they bring uber to wagga.

  Ordered a taxi which never arrived, or was taken by someone else - even after they were given my name upon booking. Hopefully the second taxi will actually turn up

  Edit - it has been 2 hours since I first booked a taxi, and after several calls I have given up. Absolute waste of time.

  Definitely one of a kind experience. You'd usually expect the driver to be the reason for this rating, but not only are they rude, will take small detores that add miles, take phones while driving, make mistakes and just keep the meter ticking while they make a U-turn, but even the operators on taking the phone calls are rude! One phonecall, no word of a lie, "wagga taxis" G'day, how are You?" Wagga taxis" ahhh, okay, taxi for 1 to (address etc) " what suburb?" I'm not sure" well I have to write something down" Well I really don't know sorry" call back when you do" and hung up! I get it if you're having a bad day but that's unacceptable!

  We ordered a taxi last week and they didn't show up at all, after more than 3 hours. We called every hour and they kept saying they were on their way.... Absolutely ridiculous service. Can't wait until Uber is here.
