  Recommended this inn to my family for a short stay in wagga simply based on its appearance from the road. We were very pleased with its older style, yet impeccable, facilities and friendly staff. We were then amazed by the quality of its restaurant. It was one of the best meals I've ever had. The preparation and quality of food was better than almost anything I've enjoyed for many years.

  Everything was good (clean, comfortable), except in the morning our door was opened - TWICE - by cleaning staff without knocking. The chain lock did nothing, the first woman pulled it right out of the wall when she opened the door, then quickly disappeared into another room when she saw it was occupied. An hour later, another woman did the same thing - she seemed surprised that anyone was in the room at all. I guess there's just a lack of communication there...

  Clean, renovated room. Friendly staff. Great for an overnight stay. 5 minutes to the city. Highly recommend.

  Great place to stay. Beautiful scenery, and views of the Murrumbidgee. Close to the airport, great restaurant and spacious clean rooms. Highly recommend.
