  I got my plastic framed glasses at a Specsavers outlet in Darwin, and they kept slipping down my nose. For about a year I'd put up with it just accepting that they didn't fit. Until I asked a nice lady at the Wagga store named Jenny. She told me they should have been fitted when I received them. This lovely young lady adjusted them immediately and even gave me a case with no charge whatsoever. In a world where customer service is no longer a priority in the retail industry, Jenny has today restored my faith in mankind. Two huge thumbs up, PROMOTE THIS GIRL IMMEDIATELY!!!

  Great service and great price - Amandine, Alex and I had a laugh whilst I had my eyes tested and I picked out new glasses but the whole team were friendly and profesional - even fixing up my old battered pair till the news ones arrive - highly recommend!
