  My wife and I have had our panels for a while now, and recently they had to come around and replace faulty isolators due to product recall. I found the old isolator laying on the front lawn and never received a service report about how the system was running, as was promised. The the electrician rang and said the inverter was damaged and needed to be replaced, he stated he had no idea how long the inverter had not been working. 5 weeks later I still have no inverter and no one from Planet Power ever calls me to say how long this will go on for it is always me calling. Spoke with the owner of Planet Power, Craig Burmeister and he basically said there is nothing he can do, as he was to busyand he was more worried about himself being out of pocket then providing service to a customer.Very very frustrating. If I had my way again I would have gone with another provider. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, POOR ATTITUDE

  Very professional and completed the work in a timely manner. Very happy with our panels and the positive economical effect it's having on our business. Craig and his team have been great throughout the process.
