  Fantastic service. Was welcomed into the store, asked if wanted help, and politely served through checkout. Nice clean store with a reasonable range of stationary, office and electrical goods. If I had one criticism it would be there was a bit of clutter (excess stock around).

  The manager Shane is fantastic. He is an example of great customer service, stays calm, is solution orientated and focuses on customer satisfaction and customer retention. I would suggest that he gives some training sessions to the head office cs team. Because of him I will remain as a customer to Office Works but only buy in his store. I will also recommend his store to my friends and colleagues. Well done!
