    Unhelpful staff who are on a trip. A problem jb stores are suffering with all over the place. Im sure it started out as 'cool people who will help you', but now its barely contaned 'I'm so very much cooler than you' Store is disorganized. Asked several questions that were met with brick walls. The only person that was nice to me was a person who was pricing (turns out he'd only been working there a few days) and the girl who screamed "seeyalayda" on my way out the door

    Amazing service with great products, bought a white ps4 pro and a game online, came to pick it up and it was ready for me super fast :-) The staff are great and when my mother couldn't find a game she was looking for, she explained it to them and they got it immediately

    Some staff are helpful. Register staff prefer to ignore you.

    Good products and layout. They often have good sales. A vast DVD selection. I enjoy that the some products (eg phones, tv and laptops) are out to look at. I just like to research prices for larger items before purchasing.
