  I have been buying computers here for years and there after sales support is amazing. You probably won't see the same discounts here as the big boxes in town, but if something goes wrong they'll be able to help. No sending it away for some third party to inspect it.

  Very helpful service. I brought my macbook pro in due to a graphics fault. The guys put it through a diagnostic test and worked out it needed a new logic board. There was an apple warranty extension program for this particular fault however this extended warranty had just expired 3 weeks earlier. The guys told me to give Apple a call to see if they would give a further warranty extension to get the laptop repaired for free.

  I gave Apple a call and was able to get approval for a warranty repair. The computer centre guys ordered the part that same day and had it ready for pickup the very next business day.

  Basically an Apple Store, meaning it'll have the same high prices. Repairs are expensive too. Staff are okay, though I've been given the cold shoulder before.
