  Worst service ever. When I first arrived I asked if I could just wait for the window to be fitted and I was told "to go a few doors up to the local gym and bat my eyelids". I booked my car in to have the drivers side window replaced and they ordered the wrong side. They left me waiting an hour before they told me they had the wrong window and I'd stayed in town the night especially to have the window changed in the morning. They didn't even offer me a discount - she had the hide to tell me there would be no charge for the day (they ran a piece of plastic over my window which blew off on the way home anyway) hopeless service. Extremely disappointed. It messed me around considerablely.

  Insurer sent me through Novus for a broken side window. They removed the broken glass and put a plastic film on so I could drive the car while they waited for the new window to be ordered in.
