    I'm giving 1 star because I was really happy with the car I got... what I wasn't happy with was Budget not acknowledging the online discount I should have received. When I asked why I was charged for the third days kilometres, which should have been free, they advised that "even though it said that online, we sent a confirmation email that advises of your charges and in that email it says you'll be charged the third days excess kilometres".... I'll admit, you got me there... that's not exactly morally right and you're probably going to hell for doing it, but you got me....
