    As a ex tenant, all I can say is that they are a bunch of arrogant and lying people. My advice anyone to stay away and find another real estate agency to rent with!

    Upon several verbal and written requests for rental receipts, it was only until I called LJ Hooker HQ's did I get them - a year later, after my tenancy.

    Water bill notification was by threatening SMS (no email or other communication) - three months after it was due!

    Their hours might be 9 am - 5.00 pm but they dont answer the phones in these hours

    A previous tenant who moved out (written and verbal notification to LJ Hooker nearly 6 months from the end of the lease) was reimbursed excess rental monies which should have been mine as the main lease holder.
