  It is worthwhile to talk to the staff about pre ordering your scripts so you can just collect them as the script filling counter can get quite busy.

  Behaviour of customer service staff member was disgraceful and down right rude. Ignored four customers ready with their purchases and left us all waiting over 15 minutes in the queue and then made a point of bringing another customer who hadn't been waiting to the front of the queue and processed their payment first. When I put my items on the counter and said I'll be taking my business elsewhere this customer service member then gave me a mouthful of cheek as I left the store. Senior staff did nothing in response to her unprofessional behaviour nor did they send another staff member to process customers purchases. Instead just left us all waiting. One of the most unprofessional and down right rude customer services experiences I have ever had. After many years of popping in to make purchases I will definitely not be going back.
