Absolutely disgraceful. I took my a friend to this practice because she was having trouble breathing and couldn't drive.

I am complaining to the NSW medical board and also to the accreditors of the practice.

As a service provider to tell a patient to 'leave and don't come back' as well as her general abrupt and rude manner - I was shocked.

The Centre has been the difference between life and death for me. I fully recommend the doctors as I have seen four different ones...over many years now. I really like the receptionists too. They are role models for one's voice. The art work in the lobby is superior to what I have seen in art galleries. The doctors are wonderful. I have had various family members also come in and see the doctors and within two minutes, they knew it was all going to be the best medical treatment ever received in the years they went to other doctors with their ongoing problems. I know this practice works as a great team.

I've seen all GPS at this site. Only one tolerable is the owner, Dr Seema Saqqidui. The time I saw Dr Chen she was going on about how Asians don't get thrush and how I've had it in the past cos I'm 'Caucasian'. I'm not caucasion: I'm black. Then she changed that to 'Westerners'. She is also insensitive to your medical problems. The male doctor was quick and less helpful, but less bold with what he says, not providing much of his own medical advice/input in what treatment path he recommends but more of a 'what do you want to do?' approach. There's always available appointments here when you call on the day and I assure you this is why... I only go here when I can't get in anywhere else and need medicine on that day. If it's your last option then I'd say consider coming here, at least the receptionist is pleasant.

We was told by Dr. Chen at this practice to 'leave and never come back' after I questioned her regarding obtaining a medical certificate for my friend. The class required my friend to stand outside for four hours in winter. She did not ask any questions as to how my friend was feeling or what symptoms she had. She told her to 'wear more clothes' and printed out a fact sheet on the common cold. This was a day after she had been in because of severe vomiting which required the use of a Zofran Zydis wafer or something similar.
