  Turned up to pick up my cake yesterday and was horrified to find that the cake was covered in whipped cream not butter cream which was requested talked to the chef about this and he was very apologetic however given the short time frame till the cake was needed, there was nothing that could be done. He advised that he has to do what his boss says. When I ordered my cake I was very specific showing photos of what I wanted and everything. Was disappointed in the price of $170. So brought the cake home and in the 700 metres I live from the shop, the cake had slipped due to it not being stabilised with anchors of sort in the middle, get home and scrap the cream off the cake to try and rectify the disaster and Find that I don't have one cake I have 2. A caramel mud cake iced and a chocolate mus cake iced dumped in the middle. This is something I could have done myself for 1/2 the price instead went to the professionals to get a cake done. So angry and disappointed with the presentation and the state of my cake. I want a full refund of $170 plus the cost of items needed to make the cake presentable for a birthday party of $30. Total $200. I will take this further if need be as I know other people that similar things have happened to them and this should not be something that is allowed to continue.

  I went to Wagga Wagga CheeseCake Shop and asked for a gluten free chocolate cake cost me $30 to open the box at an event I was going to find a very small carrot cake. I have tried to call back today but goes straight to voice mail. Very disappointed
